To help us respond quickly, please include: the email address associated with your DCI account, and, if your question relates to a payment or submission, your payment reference ID or submission ID (both visible in your account's purchase/submission history).
Response time
We aim to respond to support enquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Data-rights requests under our Privacy Policy (access, deletion, etc.) are handled within the timeframe required by applicable law.
